At Beurer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label attached.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
